2016 Colombia - UK Double Taxation Convention – in force
The 2016 Double Taxation Convention was signed on 2 November 2016. It entered into force on 13 December 2019.
The convention takes effect in the UK from:
- 1 January 2020 for taxes withheld at source
- 1 April 2020 for Corporation Tax
- 6 April 2020 for Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax
The convention takes effect in Colombia from:
- 1 January 2020 for taxes withheld at source
- 1 January 2020 for other taxes
