Details
On 23 June 2022, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths AHS1 to AHS3, AHS5 and AHS6. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
On 18 September 2025, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for length AHS4. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
The Secretary of State has also made available a copy of the reports given to them by the Appointed Person relating to objections made about this stretch.
On 19 November 2025, the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs approved the variation proposals for Azure Seas Holiday Village Corton and Dunwich Heath (VR21). Their decision is outlined in the notice.
