The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Land Logical Dartford Limited.

This is a new bespoke deposit for recovery permit application. Land Logical Dartford Limited proposes the importation and deposit to land of 60,150m3 (85,000 tonnes) of inert waste material to stabilise the former quarry face and restore the former mineral site to a landscaped habitat mosaic and pond with associated improvements to existing site access to facilitate delivery of waste material.
