This report forms part of the national evaluation of children’s centres in England (ECCE) research study.
The report describes the average cost for different types of services offered by children’s centres.
It presents associations between:
- the use of different types of services (eg child play and parent support)
- child and family outcomes (eg increased earnings and reductions in truancy, exclusions, youth and adult crime)
It then presents the monetary value of these outcomes.
