In March 2026, the government confirmed that Child Focused Courts, formerly known as the Private Law Pathfinder, will be rolled out across the entirety of England and Wales by March 2029.
This document provides a shared blueprint for reform, bringing together the vision, design, multi-agency approach and delivery requirements needed to implement Child Focused Courts consistently across England and Wales.
