Use the online service to tell the Child Benefit Office a child you’re claiming for, who is aged 16 or over, has left approved education or training.

To use the online service, you need to have a Government Gateway user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID, you can create one when you use the service.

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
