We’re currently experiencing a delay with processing filings. It may take longer than usual for your filing to appear on the register after you submit it. As a result, we will not be able to process same day filings until further notice.
It costs £30 to file a change of name using the paper form. Make your cheque payable to ‘Companies House’.
File online
You can use the Companies House online service to file changes of name by special resolution only.
It costs £20 to file a change of name online, or £85 for the same-day service.
