The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by Cavendish School of England Limited with immediate effect
  • disqualify Cavendish School of England Limited from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in the management, administration or control of the transport operations of an entity that holds or obtains such a licence in Great Britain, with immediate effect and for a period of 3 years
  • disqualify Marcus Barber from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in the management, administration or control of the transport operations of an entity that holds or obtains such a licence in Great Britain, with immediate effect and for a period of 3 years
