Details
This data release reports on building safety remediation, current at 31st May 2025. There is also an accompanying dashboard.
It includes remediation progress of buildings in the ACM programme, Building Safety Fund (BSF), Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS), developer remediation contract, and reported by registered providers of Social Housing. It also includes data on local authority enforcement action taken against 11m+ buildings with cladding defects.
The management information tables also include data on the progress of the Waking Watch Relief and Replacement Funds.

A note has been added to the monthly data release and to the social housing remediation data release to explain that two providers reported they were not able to confidently submit returns and provide further information on their 11m+ buildings. Previous returns these two providers submitted, including any information they provided on their 11+m buildings as of 31 March 2025 used in this data release, should also be treated with caution.

In the BSF remediation: key statistics section the first bullet has been revised since publishing on the 26 June 2025: Of the 772 buildings proceeding with an application for funding in the Building Safety Fund: - 175 buildings (23%) are remaining in the fund with developers set to reimburse the cost of remediation. - Seven buildings (1%) are anticipated to be transferred to developers.
