The Private Rented Sector Taskforce has spoken to a number of local authorities to discuss the ways that it can support the private rented sector in their area.

Many authorities confirmed they wanted to support Build to Rent but that additional guidance on how to do so would be helpful.

This guide provides a number of practical options for local authorities to consider and examples of schemes being supported.
