Details

This application was made under Section 108A(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. Mr Taylor made a complaint of a breach of union rule relating to disciplinary proceedings by the Union. The Certification Officer struck out the complaint under section 256ZA of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 on the basis that they had no reasonable prospect of success.
