Details
Mr Nesbitt made nine complaints of breaches of union rules regarding the 2025 General Secretary election. The application was under section 108A(1) of the the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
Following a hearing which took by Video Conference, on 17 March 2026, the Certification Officer did not uphold any of the complaints.
