Details
Ms Munslow made 11 complaints of breaches of union rules relating to its disciplinary procedures. The application was under section 108A of the the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
Following a hearing which took by Video Conference, on 4 & 5 August 2026, the Certification Officer did not uphold the complaints.
