Details
Dr Farwell made seven complaints of breaches of union rules regarding the 2023 branch elections at the Solent branch of the Union. The application was under section 108A(1) of the the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
Following a hearing which took place over 3 days, by Video Conference, on 3 December 2025, 28 January 2026 and 4 March 2026, the Certification Officer did not uphold any of the complaints.
