Details

Mr Devine made an application under s108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, alleging breaches of rules relating to disciplinary proceedings. The decision was taken by the Assistant Certification Officer.

In advance of a hearing, the respondent union conceded the breach, leaving only the question of enforcement, which both parties agreed could be determined on the papers. The Assistant Certification Officer made an enforcement order.
