Details

Mr Cortes made three complaints of a breaches of rules relating to disciplinary proceedings by the Union. The application was under section 108A(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.

Following a hearing held by Video Conference on 18 September 2025, the Certification Officer did not uphold the first two complaints. He partially upheld the third complaint but did not consider that it was appropriate to make an enforcement order.
