Details

The Applicant made two complaints of breaches of rules relating to disciplinary proceedings by the Union. The application was under section 108A(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.

Following a hearing held by Video Conference on 27 May 2026, the Certification Officer did not uphold the complaints.
