Details

Mr Barnes and Mr Dench made two complaints of breaches of union rules relating to the 2025 national President and Treasurer elections. The application was under section 108A(1) of the the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.

Following a hearing which took by Video Conference, on 29 April 2026, the Certification Officer did not uphold the complaints.
