Details

This document is an enactment-stage impact assessment (EIA) for the Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Act 2025 which establishes new offences and enhanced powers aimed at improving UK border security and strengthening the asylum and immigration system.

  • framework
  • costs
  • benefits
  • expected impacts
  • monitoring arrangements
