The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 involving substantial change to a permit from Churchill Enviro Limited.

The facility is a landfill accepting waste under Section 5.2 A1 a) Waste Landfilling; >10 T/D With Capacity >25,000T. This application is to increase the annual tonnage from 150,000 to 350,000 tonnes as well as update the particulate, landfill gas and surface water management plans.
