The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Endless Energy Limited.

- the source, nature and quantity of its foreseeable emissions and their significant effects on the environment
- the proposed techniques for preventing, reducing, and monitoring its emissions and preventing and recovering waste
- and an outline of the main alternatives, if any, considered

The Environment Agency is holding a drop-in session for the public to come along and find out about the Agency’s role, and to ask any questions on permitting and regulation of energy from waste sites. This event is being held at The Victoria Hall, Victoria Park, Hard Ings Road, Keighley, BD21 3JN on 13th November 2018, between 2pm and 8pm.
The proposals which are the subject of this application were also separately the subject of an environmental impact assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999, and you can get further information on this from Bradford Metropolitan District Council.
