Before you use them, refer to the guidance on using chemical products in or near bat roosts.
If there are bats present, you cannot use chemical products in or near a bat roost.
All bat species, their breeding sites and resting places are fully protected by law.
Householders and places of worship should call the national bat helpline on 0345 1300 228 before using a chemical product. It’s a free service for these groups.
