The Barrier Busting Handbook will be located in the Digital Connectivity Portal resource section of the BDUK website. The handbook is accompanied by the Barriers and Mitigating Actions Grid which gives greater in depth detail of underpinning legislation and possible approached in unlocking barriers to delivery.
