Details of the application

The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 involving substantial change to a permit from Bath and North East Somerset Council.

This application is to vary an existing household, commercial and industrial transfer station. The variation includes an additional activity for a household amenity site taking non-hazardous waste, as well as an extension to the permit boundary and an increase in annual throughput.
