This report sets out the findings, conclusions and recommendations of an audit undertaken by Defra in Thailand from 19 November to 1 December 2023.

The audit assessed the animal health surveillance, prevention and control measures implemented by the Thai competent authorities in relation to highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) and Newcastle disease (ND).
