The Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 13 of Schedule 3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) has directed to modify the following Article 4 directions.
