Suppliers seeking arbitration should also refer to the GCA Arbitration policy [link to be inserted].

This form should be served on the other party at the same time as it is sent to the GCA. It should set out the main elements of the dispute that will later form the basis of the statement of claim. It should summarise relevant events, give details of the alleged Code breach, and make reference to specific provisions of the Code and how they should be interpreted. It should also give an indication of the loss suffered directly as a result of the alleged Code breach, together with details of any attempt to mitigate that loss, and the remedy sought.
