Details

This approval recognises the early use of standard EN 12972:2018. EN 12972:2018 will be adopted for reference in a future edition of ADR.

It remains valid until 31 December 2020 unless otherwise amended or revoked.

The Department for Transport can issue exception notices to the dangerous goods regulations, which include the recognition of certain standards.
