This document sets out the funding rules for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) delivering apprenticeship frameworks and standards that start between 1 August 2016 and 31 July 2017.
The rules form part of the terms and conditions of the funding agreement between the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) and HEIs who receive funding directly from the SFA for apprenticeship framework and standard provision. This includes those involved in the training and the assessment of apprentices.
