This agreement gives employers the authority to manage apprenticeship funds in their apprenticeship service account.

Before signing the agreement in the apprenticeship service, the ESFA asks employers to:

  • agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement
  • read and understand the funding rules

Once employers sign this agreement they will be able to authorise the ESFA to pay for apprenticeship training and end-point assessment with the training provider they have chosen to manage their apprenticeships.
