This agreement gives you the authority to access the funds in your account to manage your apprenticeships. You must agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement and the funding rules; before funds can be used to pay for apprentices.

Once you sign this agreement you’ll be able to authorise ESFA to pay for apprenticeship training and end-point assessment with the training provider you have chosen to manage your apprenticeships.
