Use this form to apply to change a company’s registered office address, or a person's service address or principal office address.

To complain about a:

  • registered office address
  • correspondence (service) address of a director, secretary, LLP member or PSC
  • principal office address of a director, secretary, LLP member or PSC

How to send your form

It’s quicker to upload your documents than to send your application by post.

Wait for Companies House to review your application. Do not send another form as this will delay your application.

You’ll need to register an email address and password. We’ll only use this to contact you if your application is incomplete or incorrect.
