Goods Vehicles (Enforcement Powers) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/3981) as amended by S.I. 2009/1965
On a failure to satisfy me that the applicant was the owner of vehicle LK61AKO on 24 June 2021, the application for the return of the vehicle is refused
Further, or in the alternative,
On a failure to satisfy me that the applicant was the operator of vehicle LK61AKO on 24 June 2021 and so the holder of a goods vehicle operator’s licence, the application for the return of the vehicle is refused
