  2. Improved guidance on how and where to send payments for flood risk activity permits.

  3. We've added our environmental permit privacy notice.

  4. This page has been updated by the Environment Agency as a result of the strategic review of charges. The review was consulted on between November 2017 and January 2018. The changes commence from April 2018.

  5. Improved guidance on how to pay for flood risk activity permits by electronic transfer BACS. Charges will be revised 1 April each year.
