Details

Complete part C3 if you want to apply to vary (change) the conditions or any other part of your permit. If you are applying to vary an intensive farming permit do not use part C3, but complete part C3.5 instead.

You will also need to complete:

• part A: about you
• C2: vary a bespoke permit
• F1: charges and declarations

If you are applying to vary or add a point source emission to water or sewer from an installation, you will also need to complete part C6 vary a water discharge activity, groundwater (point source) activity, or point source emission to water from an installation.
