Gallwch gael llyfr log cerbyd (V5CW) dyblyg ar-lein os nad oes angen ichi newid unrhyw beth yn y llyfr log. Byddwch yn gallu trethu’ch cerbyd ar yr un pryd os oes angen. Os oes angen ichi wneud unrhyw newidiadau neu nad ydych wedi cofrestru eto fel ceidwad cofrestredig y cerbyd, mae’n rhaid ichi wneud cais drwy’r post drwy ddefnyddio ffurflen V62W.
