The Commission has initiated a new exporter review, by Regulation (EU) No 2017/1514, OJ L226, to establish whether imports of certain open mesh fabrics of glass fibres, produced by SPG Glass Fibre PVT. Limited, should be exempted from the existing Anti-Dumping Duty.
These imports are made subject to registration for 9 months, with effect from 2 September 2017 and the Anti-Dumping Duty is repealed pending the outcome of the review.

Anti-Dumping Duty may be applied retrospectively to these goods imported in the registration period.

Customs authorities shall register relevant imports for 9 months from 2 September 2017.
