Details

The main objective of this research was to examine customers’ views and understanding of the tax summary. The aims were to examine:

  • whether customers found the information provided in the tax summaries useful
  • whether it was clear that the tax summary contained their personal tax information

This report outlines the findings from the survey with 859 Pay As You Earn (PAYE) customers and 457 Self Assessment (SA) customers.
