The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator’s licence held by Andrew James Smith and Douglas James Smith T/A A & D Transport with effect from 23:45 on 9 December 2019
- revoke the operator’s licence held by Highgate Transport Limited with effect from 23:45 on 9 December 2019
- disqualify Wendy Susan Smith from relying on her Certificate of Professional Competence for an indeterminate period, not shorter than 10 years from the date of this decision
- disqualify Andrew James Smith from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence and from being involved in the management, administration or control of the transport operations of any entity that holds or obtains such a licence in Great Britain, for a period of 3 years from the date of this decision
- disqualify Douglas James Smith from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence and from being involved in the management, administration or control of the transport operations of any entity that holds or obtains such a licence in Great Britain, for a period of 10 years from the date of this decision
