  1. Added 'Revocation letter: Environment Act 1995, Southampton City Council Air Quality Direction 2019'. Updated 'Revocation letter - Environment Act 1995, Derby City Council Air Quality Direction 2019' and 'Revocation letter - Environment Act 1995, City of Wolverhampton Council Air Quality Direction 2018', to correct the dates they were issued.

  2.
