Details

You need to register for Air Passenger Duty before you send a return. We’ll tell you when your return is due.

Plane operators and their agents can use this service to send their Air Passenger Duty Return either:

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).

Before you start

To submit a return, you need a Government Gateway user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID you can create one when you submit a return.

Agents will need their access code and their client’s Air Passenger Duty registration number.

Contact HMRC to get a paper version if you’re unable to use the online service.
