Details

Use this form to make an agricultural wages complaint to the Rural Payments Agency. This form can be used to help recover any wages owed to you, which may involve taking a case to an employment tribunal. You must do this as soon as possible once you become aware of the underpayment.

This form can only be used for events that occur before 1 October 2013. For events that occur after 1 October 2013 you should refer to the National Minimum Wage guidance.
