This document contains the following information: Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the French Republic concerning the establishment of a maritime boundary between France and Jersey: St. Helier, 4 July 2000.

The agreement entered into force on 1 January 2004. The Agreement was previously published as France no. 3 (2000) Cm. 5024.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
