This document contains the following information: Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Republic of Albania on the readmission of persons and Protocol for the implementation of the Agreement: Tirana, 14 October 2003.

About illegal cross-border migration. The Agreement and Protocol entered into force on 16 August 2005. The Agreement was previously published as Albania no. 1 (2004) Cm. 6267.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
