Details
The Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide contains the rules and procedures for developing homes for low cost rental and sale under the Affordable Homes Programme and associated specialist funding programmes, for all of England excluding London. In London a variation has been issued by the Greater London Authority and can be accessed on the london.gov.uk website. Registered providers providing homes in London should refer to the GLA’s Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide not the HCA’s version.
