Weldricks Pharmacy complained about promotional leaflets distributed by Maltby Pharmacy. The complainant was concerned that prescription only medicines (POMs) were being advertised to the public.
The MHRA upheld the complaint. Maltby Pharmacy promptly agreed to withdraw the promotional leaflets.
