MHRA received an anonymous complaint concerning an educational and promotional meeting held by Galderma in April 2016. The complainant was concerned that elements of the meeting breached medicines advertising regulations.
MHRA did not uphold the complaint. Galderma refuted the complainant’s allegations and provided documentary evidence where possible to address the concerns raised.
