Menarini complained about a website produced by Plethora Solutions for PSD502. The complainant was concerned that the content was misleading and promoted a prescription-only-medicine (POM) to the public.
MHRA upheld the complaint and Plethora Solutions amended their website home page to remove the promotional elements.
