Details
In order to allow the Select Committee considering the Bill to consider proposed amendments, a motion has been tabled for debate on the floor of the House of Commons (15th September 2015).
An Explanatory Note has been prepared to assist Members of Parliament in the debate on the Additional Provisions 3 and 4 motion and is available here. If passed, Additional Provisions 3 and 4 will be deposited (anticipated for September and October respectively).
Additional Provision 3 includes amendments in the London Borough of Camden, including revised proposals at Euston Station and associated works. Additional Provision 4 includes amendments across the line of the route.
This will give rise to a new petitioning period for each Additional Provision and consultation on Supplementary Environmental Information. Communication to affected individuals will be sent out at the time of deposits.
