  2. Made the following updates to the completion instructions. 1) Added details of the SEF opt-out pilot. 2) Removed Afghanistan from the list of nationalities eligible for streamlined asylum processing. 3) A reference to the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner has been updated to the Immigration Advice Authority.

  5. The form has been streamlined and separate instructions on how to complete the form have been added.
