AAA screening: how we use your personal information

This document explains how the NHS AAA Screening Programme records personal information about the men it screens.

Details

Local AAA screening providers should print out this card and use it at screening clinics when taking the verbal consent of the men being screened. It is available in English and 10 other languages.

An HTML version of the card is provided (in English) which can be printed out in a larger print size, or read using screen reader technology.
